This is absolutely fantanstic news. Thank you BCCI for not having a 60 day long IPL. The only flipside to this is that the 1st test in England starts on 21st July, 10 days after the final test in WI ends.:(( An extremely packed schedule for our team for the next 15 months now- Oct-Nov 2010 - NZ Series Dec-Jan 2011- SA tour (3 tests, 5 ODIs and a t20) Feb-March 2011 - WC Apr-May 2011- IPL June-July 2011- WI tour (3 tests, 5 ODIs and a t20) July-Sept 2011- Eng tour (4 tests, 5 ODIs and a t20) October 2011- 5 ODIs vs Eng in India Nov-Dec 2011- WI series in India (3 tests, 5 ODIs and a t20) Dec-Feb2012- Aus tour (4 tests, 5 ODIs and a t20) 15 months, 17 tests, 45+ODIs!!

So from July to Dec 2011 we play 6 tests, 10 ODIs and 2 T20 s against the West Indies:omg: and also, immediately after we come back from a tour of Eng where along with the Test matches, we play 5 ODIs, we've again got 5 ODIs against Eng the very next month.....very, very strange Future Tour Prgrammes.

We usually do 5 Test series in WI when we go there. Anyway, 17 Tests - You think Sachin and Rahul will call it a day in Feb 2012? They'll probably add another 1000 runs to their kitty and 5 and 3 cents respectively. Lax also might call it a day by then. I'd like BCCI to manage their retirements properly...but if they are playing well then they must play on till Aus 2012. I am expecting the following scorelines for the Test series' (first team India, second team Opp) - 2-1-0, 2-1-0, 2-1-1, 2-0-1, 2-1-1
