desi pride 1234 Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 Sreesanth was easily hitting 135+ in the previous matches. i dont know what kind of advice was given to him to controll his aggression after smith cried to dhoni that sree was getting personal. i am sure dhoni would have spoken with sreesanth, and u c the results now. sreee was hardly hitting 135s. although he got 2 wickets, i think he wud have been devastating if bowled with pace. down wid our captain cool's mindset. he should allow sree to get fired up..

kabira Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 another Sick thread. I am tired now...Grow up guys, we can't have everything working for us all the time. Its a Test match. Saffers are no push overs...
desi pride 1234 Posted January 2, 2011 Author Posted January 2, 2011 another Sick thread. I am tired now...Grow up guys' date=' we can't have everything working for us all the time. Its a Test match. Saffers are no push overs...[/quote'] well. just to remind u what dhoni said in the press conference:" sreesanth should controll himself and he should not cross the line". If dhoni says this in press conference, think what dhoni would have said to sreesanth in dressing room. did u c sree's bowling and body language? he was hardly hitting the 135s he bowled in the previous match. he was hardly hitting 130s. althouh he got 2 wickets he would have been a lethal bowler if he bowled with pace with his captain backing him up...
kabira Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 ^dude he was pick of the bowlers....with more luck he could have couple of more wickets. He got Amla and De Villers...Whatever Dhoni says in Press Conference is for the media ppl and fans.. SS had his verbal dues even today..Sachin and Bhajji had to calm him

SS had his verbal dues even today..Sachin and Bhajji had to calm him yes, but bowled with very low confidence. you can easily judge it with his body language today. i dont think any captain in the world came out in the press and condemed his own player like dhoni did.
suraj Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 This is too much whining man- SS was bowling his heart out every time I saw him bowl Its a different match on a dfferent pitch under different circumstances He could have had 1 or 2 more wickets on some great balls ZK was the one who was off-color but it happens

Exactly, the way they bowled on Flat Track of the 1st Test , the memories are giving me nightmares.
kabira Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 ^another genious comes in without watching anything First test we hardly beat the bat..they scored at 5 RPO...here they are scoring just about 3 rpo...we continuously beat the bat...

kabira Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 ^check how many we scored 3 years back in that same venue...and come back tell me how can we score that many with even better bowling attack of Saffers??

kabira Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 son you talked about average score..cape town always been flat pitch with full of runs..son I suggest you stop watching test cricket, some day things go your way...we did not bowl that badly.
