ViruRulez Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 they have very good domestic talent in delhi and UP.... fast bowlers: Pawan Suyal, awana, bhuvneshwar, shalabh, kamran khan, and quite a few others spinners: Vikash mishra, nanda, ali Murtuza, and others they will have to find some good middle order batsmen hard hitters, etc. viru,, warner, finch, and irfan are good batsmen next two slots will be questionable..there fast bowling is pretty strong with Morne Morkal, Dinda, and Yadav all three can be good for T20s I was just checking the stats of the Delhi and UP team players in cricinfo. Chetan Sharma from Delhi looks like a good T20 player with average of 45 from 5 matches in T20, Rajat Bhatia is not a bad T20 allrounder too if needed, UP does not seem to have any batsman for T20 format. Srivastavas are good but their stats in T20 format is quite bad. Kaif's stats looks one of the best amongst UP T20 players and that gives an idea of the quality of the UP T20 team. :giggle: You are right that bastman would be missed somewhat by DD in their catchment area.
