One can sense a feeling of qualitative loss by lyricist, and I am sure other creative artists, in mid 80s and how average joe was singing chalu songs ahead of deeper ones. Bakshi was a chain smoker , 555 States Express - one of the comments I read was that he actually wrote lot of lines for the smokes and used it when he didn't have anything to write on
