I think this is the best method for me to order Ipad from here in india and delivered that to my colleague in US. Can anyone knows what kind of proof best buy may ask my colleague during delivery of Ipad ?

No.....Best buy is have a option for International customers who dont have US billing address..we cant type our own billing address...they provide one as i mentioned in earlier post.Shipping address must be of US only...

I dont think Ipad is locked to any carrier..may be the Ones sold by Verizon and AT&T...not all. they have different versions. by the way which color is best...white looks cool...anything will do for me.
