Didnt saw that match unfortunately because INDIA were out of the tourney was following the match on cricinfo and OZ' date='S were 85-3 i think in 10 overs. I thought that the match was over but after a while my friend called me and told that AUSTRALIA won the match and told me about HUSSEY,S bravado after that saw the last over of that in the ICC CRICKET WORLD PROGRAMME[/quote'] That was one epic innings bro, probably the best in T20 history. You can find the highlights anywhere, I was tensed throughout the whole game, Cameron White played a blinder along with Huss. Glad that Huss is back

They are a bit out of form recently, as a whole team. Most people think they won't win this world cup just because they lost 2 warm up games against India and SA. :nervous:

warm ups don't count bro, it's fun cricket like younus khan says. Be positive Aussies will definitely win the world cup, from the last 8 years all my predictions about the Aussies matches have been spot on. I have made many a millionaire in ICF:winky: Aussies will be unbeatable, they are a different unit during world cup matches.

:antijinx: I hope you're right :) The problem is that they struggled to play against spin in both warmup games :( You saw how both openers, Watto and Haddin struggled a bit against Zim in the first 15 overs :nervous: SA and India will take full advantage of their weakness. Good thing that Mike Hussey is back in the WC squad :D He's well known for being able to play against spin.

Don't worry brah, India is thinking about dropping Piyush Chawla, the spinner that troubled Aussie batters the most, if he is dropped then India will be easy to beat. Easy peasy South Africa will choke itself to death:hysterical::hysterical: Be positive, have some faith. Three times World Champions are not going down that easy. Agaisnt Zimbos we struggled because we need some practice against spin after the warm up, and Watoo and Hadin took perfect opportunity to get some batting practice against spin.

:hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: Would love to see SA choke in a crucial match again. It's always fun to watch. Yeah, you're right :two_thumbs_up:

Ah yes, Lance "Zulu" Klusener, one of the best batsman that South Africa has ever produced I still don't know if we've found someone to replicate his form
SA selectors should have showed more faith in Albie Morkel. I still think Albie's non-selection will come back to bite SA later in the tourney - it has done so against Eng but it will be even more decisive in the latter stages of the tourney. Now SA doesn't have even one big hitter down the order once the Reqd Rate goes up or it's a close game.

you may have a point, just finished watching a 20/20 game in which Albie managed 71 not out in 27 balls against my beloved Cape Cobras. It was painful to watch to be honest, some of the sixes he struck defied logic. It would be nice to have a player who can do that consistantly at the WC. we still won though

SA should pull an Australia to be honest. They should ensure either Botha or the batsman they picked in place of Albie (maybe David Miller or another one - can't remember his name) gets "injured" and viola Albie can come in to replace him a la Hussey :winky:

Mohammed Ashraful is the best fnisher in the world. He always makes sure he finishes of our innings. Self Destruction at his best. none of pathans or pollards doesn't even come close
