You cant but help laughing at those vegetarians who say things like ‘Proud to be a veggie.. ‘. WTF! You’re vegetarian because you just happened to be raised like that..Its not like you worked hard for 10 years and had to cross many a hurdle to get to that point. :hysterical:
I'm not veggie because I was raised like that - many people in my family absolutely love non-veg and have tried their best to persuade me to eat it but I cannot tolerate non veg so I've never eaten it :dontknow:

whats there to be proud of in eating animals
I have not seen any non-veggie coming up anything like this - proud to be non-veggie. Except of course our neighbors' meat eating phaast bowling powehouse.

So, let me get this straight, if you were raised as a good person, there is nothing to be proud of being a good person. It is only if you were raised as a criminal and you worked hard to become good can you be proud that you are good. :hehe:

Nope, I am responding to the twisted logic that you can't be proud of being a veggie if you were raised that way.

Very immature post. are vegetarian crops not a form of life and do you not end it when you cook them? Or is humanism only reserved for the forms of life that move and make sounds? Being vegetarian or non-vegetarian is a matter of personal choice and veggies have no right to pontificate to others about the supposed virtues of vegetarianism.
Everything I say is not gospel truth. I do sometimes write trash just to kill boredom. Dont take everything I write so seriously.

Oh dear, it's just getting progressively worse.

The whole point of the OP was to point out the morals of meat eating. If you eat meat, you create the market demand for it and all this animal brutality is a result of that demand. Its not that hard really. ps: I'm not all that big on animal rights anyway.

This is where you lose your track. Meat eaters create a market for meat yes, not for animal brutality. No meat eater goes to the store and says ‘Can I have 2 kgs of a brutally massacred lamb that had a horrific death?’. You cannot blame the meat eater for a crime perpetrated by the butcher/meat shops. I cannot be held responsible for something I don’t control. I consume lots of petrol on a daily basis. Who knows where that comes from.. Maybe many native communities were forced to move out to dig that oil field. Does that mean I stop consuming oil from a sense of guilt? Of course not! I am not responsible for the business practices of the oil companies.
