The jihadis have given them permission to play India to make some money so the funds can be diverted to them as some Kasabs have been trained but dont have enough $$$ to buy stuff needed to attack mumbai...stuff like gprs ..satellite phone....weapons etc........... India should put its foot down and say no to tours till atleast 5 years pass of without a single jihadi attack in India and that includes Kashmir Yes. Till the day Pakistanis have this jihadi and hypocrite mentality, we should keep isolating them.

It almost gives a feeling of indifference and lack of understanding for the incident and who were responsible. I believe even if people and media men had taken greater moral responsibility then Indians anger would' have come to this extent and we probably would have moved on. But to be belligerent after terror attack and then ask for friendship is difficult
