Yes' date=' I heard about that race track. I mentioned somewhere on this forum that Noida is India's most well planned city. Gurgaon at the moment is nice, but the planning has been piss poor. Once, Noida gets its high rises and nice office buildings, it will be awesome. :two_thumbs_up:[/quote'] To be fair enough Gurgaon is a completely ball game altogether as of now. Gurgaon started a decade ago and the planning was not much there but the designs were awesome. A lot of it was because many of the constructions in Gurgaon were done by reputed builders such as DLF and reputed architects like Hafeez Contractor designed most of the structures in the city. But then it soon turned into urban jungle as there was no planning at all after the initial stage. So, it turned into more of an urban jungle rather than a planned city. But it is still the most elegant city/mini-city in the whole of India and you still feel entering into a different country as soon as you enter Gurgaon. Property prices in Gurgaon are also going over the roof and this itself shows that it is one of the most sought after places in India. Great Noida is nowhere near Gurgaon as of now but the quality is a lot better and proper planning has been done with construction only given in the hand of good builders instead of every XYZ. It will take 5-10 years for it to be fully completed and populated but once done it will be one of the best places to live in India. The only negative about it is that it is far off from Delhi and so unless a lot of MNCs setup their base in Greater Noida then it would not be the most desired destination for people with their daily job/business in Delhi .. Gurgaon is extremely successful only because it is the first choice of MNCs in the NCR area .. Greater Noida also needs to attract MNCs and businesses in order to topple Gurgaon in the next few years.

I see IPL being run as a conference or division based league a la NBA or NFL. This will add more teams as well as reduce the number of matches as you won't have to play all the teams in a round robin league but play most of the matches in your conference or division. This will also aid in establishing some great domestic rivalries in the same conference such as Punjab Vs Delhi, Pune Vs Mumbai, Chennai Vs B'lore, UP Vs MP etc.
