Most men like to believe that these women do it willingly because they don't want the guilt trip associated with being a part of the whole thing.And when they need to earn money...they won't send the guys on a guilt trip by telling him that they have no choice. precisely.. Willfully category of prostitution is just the new arrival of high-society call-girls. In those red-light areas you would not find any willful ones. When there are women willing to sell their body to feed their belly, one doesn't need to force that woman into prostitution. Willing also means someone who has taken an independent decision, thereby making it his/her will. Because no one is forcing you or holding you hostage or pointing a gun at your head, it is your independent choice and therefore, it is NOT forced prostitution! It is not a question of sympathy. I am highlighting the differing causes that influence prostitution in different cultural/economic spheres.
