Monty's bowling well and the pitch is helping quite a bit. Aleem Dar also had to signal one bouncer off Monty's over. India will be pretty blessed if they get this sort of wicket and Anil is bowling on the last day. It is turning, bouncing, keeping low, pretty much doing every thing. Harmison wasted plenty of overs bowling all over the place as ever. Now Sidebottom is making the batsman to play at least.

Harmison strikes, Taylor goes to a steep short ball. Hussain and Lloyd are way excited. Lloyd says "Harmison's back" and Hussain goes "Top class". Harmison strikes yet again and the 9th one goes. Unfortunately the 9, 10 and jack of WI are not good enough to handle the short one. I blame Chanders for putting Taylor against Harmison by taking a single the very first ball of the over.

MV is now the most successful captain for England with this test win. I have to say MV has won fair bit of test matches in a short while. He should be glad he didn't get to captain against the Aussies in the 2006-07 Ashes. He will now get to keep a decent captaincy record against the Aussies too.

The disappointing bit for me was Taylor losing concentration. He had played well for 46 deliveries and had simply been ducking the short ones. Why did he stand up to play the 47th. ??
