Why can't india produce all-rounders??

yesterday I was about to post Bhajji's name. But then I checked Kapil's stats and he had about 8 centuries and 27ish half centuries. But looks like Bhajji is on a mission.

:haha: True. There is not one player in the Indian team that I would call a good all-rounder. Yuvraj Singh as potential but he must prove himself on the Test scene. He hasn't done that so far. A good all-rounder are Kallis, Shane Watson...not Har-****ing-bhajan Singh. He's barely a bowler these days.

I am not a big fan of allrounders as this is a specialised game. Though Kapil Dev' date=' [b']Bhatia and Joginder Sharma are not all that bad. Last two did not get an opportunity to develop.

In the land of Vinoo Mankad, Salim Durrani and Kapil Dev we now talk of Yuvi and Ravindra Jadeja as all-rounders! Good thing I dont follow cricket these days.
