jeeves Posted June 28, 2011 Author Posted June 28, 2011 The fielding captain has the right to not allow a batsman to have a runner if he is carrying an injury into the match.but if he is injured during the match,he should be allowed a runner.absolutely preposterous decision by the ICC to not allow a batsman to have a runner.
