All are original panel members from ICC's 2002 Elite Panel of umpires who have now retired. Other umpires like Daryl Harper, Asoka DeSilva and Russel Tiffin still umpire. This list may soon increase to six though with Daryl Harper soon to turn 60 and removed from the Elite Panel. Link to comment

Steve Bucknor -- David Shepherd stood in three world cup finals 1996, 1999 and 2003. The third umpires on those occasions were Venkatraghavan, CJ Mitchley and Rudi Koertzen.
