Sid Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 just to make an interesting conversation with kohli fanboys :--D oh ok but who is a Kohli fanboy here :--D
Sid Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 There is no Rohit Vs anyone. Rohit is currently the best young batsman in India. End. :aha:
deepak_sach Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 :aha: Rohit is currently the most humble man in the world next to Sir John...
Temujin Khaghan Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 how can people even support viRAT. oh yes i forgot... an avg of 43 on national highways in india qualifies for the next promising indian batsman right??? shame the viRAT ran away at the first taste of real cricket against WI. pfft...
ravsdh Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 actually thats the misconception... have you ever seen rohit with fans??? he is a lot better than kohli west indies tour... he just kept his head down and played name one senior player who tells nice things about kohli??? other than captain dhoni only gambhir shared his man of the match prize with him... but thats gambhir .. he is magnificent about rohit all these players spoke well - gilchrist, sachin, vvs, dhoni, yuvraj, raina (who is a competitor but still speaks good about him) the list goes on. the problem with rohit has always been that he became complacent and lost focus... not attitude actually you are wrong. i was at the world t20 in the west indies in 2010, and was staying in all of the same hotels as the players both in st lucia and barbados. rohit was horrible to fans. running off whenever they wanted autographs and talking down to ppl.
Temujin Khaghan Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 oh ok but who is a Kohli fanboy here :--D you have to dig deep for the RAT-base... arrogant T20 fanatics most of them. the higlight was some of them were comparing the RAT to Dravid... i mean they dont know class when they see it...
Captain of Bhangra Posted August 7, 2011 Author Posted August 7, 2011 You started booing him throughout the day just because he was ticked off for one moment ? I dont know, it makes you look much worse than Kohli. Maybe he was tired after travelling on the plane ? He was called in to replace Yuvraj before this game. I dont think it was nice of you guys to boo an Indian player on the field just because he wasnt too friendly. I think it's one of those things you have to see, to understand. That child has been crushed by his hero. The fact that he remained defiant during the booing, and then LIED to security to try and get people thrown out is a bit ******-ish in my book. Hundreds of India fans, who travel miles to see the team, are not going to heckle one of their own players for no good reason... I hope he does well when picked by India, but as a person, what a *****...

Midfielder Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Sometimes we dont know the full story so let us not rush to judgement. Not saying what you said is not correct.

Kohli may be less talented than Rohit or may have less class but he has shown the mental stregth to succeed at this level, which Rohit hasnt so far.I hope Rohit starts scoring acc. to his potential which he hasnt done so far, Rohit may turn out to be better than Kohli in 3 years time but it will be a nice contest between 2 .As if now in their intl. careers Kohli is ahead of Rohit on the basis of performance .
Temujin Khaghan Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 hehehe 2 pages of posts for a guy who hasnt even played in the northants practise match.
urbestfriend Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 What I dont understand is why fans expect players to be the hallmark of humility when fans themselves behave arrogantly cursing and booing the players for childish reasons. More often than not, it is spectators who starts a fight by needlessly provoking players.
deepak_sach Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 hehehe 2 pages of posts for a guy who hasnt even played in the northants practise match. And you are the second best poster after me...:giggle:
Sid Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 And you are the second best poster after me...:giggle: :cantstop:
Temujin Khaghan Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 And you are the second best poster after me...:giggle: :--D but it was all wasted man... where are the RAT fans??? they did not come out from their holes no matter how much bait i threw at them... i wont leave them alone in the ODI series though.
