If you don't want to be here, go home: Bresnan tells Indians Mid-Day.com Last updated on Friday, 12 August 2011 12:34 Birmingham: England pacer Tim Bresnan has asked India to show 'more desire' if they wish to succeed in the cold weather here. "It'd help if India's fielders didn't have their hands in their pockets. It's not that cold. They need to look interested (in play) and show some desire. If you don't want to be here, go home," he said on Wednesday, before rejecting India coach Duncan Fletcher's observation that the ball had swung prodigiously in the ongoing series. "The pitch is playing all right. We were expecting it to be quicker and seam more," Bresnan told reporters.
:cantstop: Now thats what I call a humiliation

After thrashing us session after session ,now He is taunting us.:(( Sad part is he is right . The team has not shown any desire or fight to succeed.

Its just not Tim Bresnan, the whole English media is making a mockery of our team. Wven the *****y free papers you get on the train/bus are saying things like "why all the hype, we could've won this with a county side"

Good on yer Bres, tell these ****tards to wake up. I tweeted this earlier (without reading this news)

Dear Sehwag: If you don't want to be there playing, please let the team management know and go home
But its not only him, most of them aren't bothered.

really u shouldnt be talking.. WE ARE GETTING THRASHED.. the ENGLISH have been PROFESIONAL... FIT.... ON THE MARK... theyve go ta perfect tema.. and they have respected the game of cricket. i have lost ALOT of respect for our players.... its one thing to lose. and its another to lose with humiliation and no attempt. there must be over 100 players in india that shoulda watched tv and thought, if i was there id give it my 100 %... the pride for playing for INDIA... it just isnt there.. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Agreed there are some fitness issues with our team. There is a thing called home conditions. We could have prepared and fought better, but England made best use of their home conditions. We will revise this fitness talk, when same Sehwag will murder them in sapping heat of Chennai.

This idiot has not even played 10 tests while Laxman, Dravid, Sachin have all played well over 100 tests and have played cricket for 15-20 years. This moron would have been in his chaddies when Sachin made his debut. Unfortunately because of the present situation, we have to listen to losers like him.

staying lean and fit surely helps in cricket. But stacking too much muscle also can work negatively in long run. esp. for fast bowler in test cricket.

I wouldnt say so, as long as the muscle has no adverse effect on a bowlers flexibilty then the more muscle the better to a certain extent. Of course it then comes down to how the joints can cope with the strain being put on them which mainly comes down to the bowlers action and just luck.
