ShanS Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 Before someone compares our performance and performance of SL or bangla in ENG, they should remeber that ENG cricket team complained that the Duke ball of 2011 lot were'nt swinging enough. That's why they specifically used the Duke balls of old 2010 lot which actually swung they way ENG bowlers wanted.

bunny Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 Most modern right arm bowlers struggle to bowl against left handers, and with Sidebottom not in the squad, I was optimistic about the chances of Gambhir. Was very disappointed with his performace. Raina, I didnt have much hopes, but even he did worse than expected.
