England's plans against SRT There has to be a reason why the greatest batsmen is not able to score runs in his 5th and last Eng tour. England's video analyst had analyzed and found out that SRT makes most of his few initial runs on the leg side, and so they bowled outside the off stump with a brilliant accuracy. Before the Edgbaston Test, SRT had faced 261 balls, out of which 254 were outside the off stump.

Dont read too much into it. Whenever Sachin fails to score, someone tries to claim credit for it and claims to have done something superhuman to be able to achieve it. **** happens. All batsmen fail from time to time. No one really ever spotted a weakness in Sachin in twenty years. No one has done so now.

Its not the plan, its the implementation that counts. Sadly even after knowing, our bowling has been utter rubbish, so do you mean to say that they haven't been told that its bad to spray at the pads every odd delivery?

No. Its the consistency with which they are bowling good balls that makes it harder for him to score that easily. Still he played some delightful strokes to balls around that off stump line :nice:
