In the other match, half-centuries by Puneet Bisht (80, 67b, 10x4, 3x6) and Arpit Vasavada (70 not out, 89b, 7x4) powered CAG to a seven-wicket win against Bharat Petroleum, for whom Vinit Indulkar (79, 85b, 6x4) was the top-scorer. Brief scores: State Bank of Mysore 143 all out in 42.5 overs (M.K. Manjunath 40, Y. Mahesh 4 for 29, S. Sureshkumar 3 for 37) lost to India Cements 144 for 3 in 26.4 overs (Subramaniam Badrinath 50, Dinesh Karthik 49, Chetan William 3 for 54). At one point, Air India looked good to win it but rearguard batting by Quadri and the 40 year old Pawan Kumar, who hit quite a few clean sixers sealed the matched. Lots of ups and downs in the match.
