1983-2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 What Brightness and Contrast settings do you keep on your LCD monitors. I reset my settings and now my monitor's brightness level is at 100 and Contrast level at 50, is this correct or harmful for the eyes. I can't remember the old settings so it'd be great if you could help me out or tell me what level do you keep the Brightness and contrast at for your monitor.:two_thumbs_up:
