Cricket Tragic
Tests in Abu Dhabi This. Imagine watching Cook and Trott on those pitches. :(( Atleast we're guaranteed some entertainment from Pakistan (off field mostly). Link to comment
Pioneer
Awesome, should be there Link to comment
Cricket_Guru
timing is excellent, a visit to dubai at that time is on card...:two_thumbs_up: Link to comment
leon7766
why do we need to have these od matches why not have an extra test instead .Proper cricket Link to comment
rajmarie
3 T20.....looks like a 1st in a bilateral series. Offen there is 1....max 2 in some...but 3 T20. Too much...considering there are 4 or 5 ODI's also. Link to comment
Serani
Looks like we will rape Pak, rack up them huge totals then bowl em out, oh so easy. Link to comment
ganeshran
Looks like we will rape Pak' date=' rack up them huge totals then [b']bowl em out, oh so easy. In Abu Dhabi? :giggle: Link to comment
Serani
Yep, we would bowl Pakistan out anywhere. They suck. Link to comment
ganeshran
Yep' date=' we would bowl Pakistan out anywhere. They suck.[/quote'] Their batting does suck, but its the flat tracks of Abu Dhabi we are talking about. English bowlers wont have it easy there. Link to comment
Serani
After we have bowled out the almighty India on the flat tracks of Lords and the Oval im really not worried. Link to comment
Cricket Tragic
It's possible but it won't be easy. England have a better spinner than SA and that would help. Link to comment
Serani
SA only had two good bowlers in hot conditions, england will have 4. Link to comment
ganeshran
Totally diferent conditions in England and Abu Dhabi. Lords and Oval are home conditions for English bowlers but the desert is completely different. Like CT said - Its possible but certainly not going be a cakewalk. Link to comment
Trichromatic
England will win this series. Link to comment
Hur Rizvi
England are favourites but that wont be a cake walk last time England came to PAkistan in 2005 with same sort of COCKY ATTITUDE AND ALMOST GOT WHITEWASHED in test series... Likes of Flintoff,HArmison and Hoggard were not able to get even KAmran Akmal out What PAkistan needs to do is to get back kaneria, an attack of KAneria and Ajmal can certainly trouble England. Kaneria had a very good series against them in 2005 Link to comment
Cricket Tragic
Kaneria is a joke. He will end up figures of 5/210 as usual. Link to comment
Serani
Ajmal will hopefully get called for chucking. this gon be good. Link to comment
Hur Rizvi
Kaneria is a joke. He will end up figures of 5/210 as usual. But in 2005 he was probably our best bowler against England on similar pitches.... I think he still has enuff talent in him to perform well for PAkistan There is a toss up b/w him and AbdurRehman who is a defensive spinner but is a very capable late order batsman. I prefer kaneria over him Link to comment
