Abey chaman, I am talking about real world examples I have seen. Ofcourse u can be in gang only when u r a teenager or in twenties. U will become uncle when u get married. I have seen few guys who are a part of a gang slowly disappear from their gang once they get married in their late twenties. Do you have any idea of hierarchies in underworld/mafia? Dude, have u ever been a part of a gang? u gotta know few local police officer which will come in handy in some situations. Core aspects of leadership are applicable at every level. And I am right in saying, if you have 'leadership' capabilities, such cosmetics do not matter - to be a leader of any gang.

They all start from this base which you mentioned. I am talking abt local guys who study, work and they guys from my area. Not professionals. Professional gang members are just professionals. I know few professionals who dont even drink or smoke. They work for money not to rule in our area.

It takes lots of hard work, determination and commitment to lead a gang. Even I was part of a gang as a teenager. I was more like a deputy leader. I used to lead the gang only when our leader was not present due to severe injuries in a fight or if he was arrested or visiting the dentist. He was very particular about his teeth.
