Cric_is_Life Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 And people laugh when I call him our best ODI bat ever ...don't know what more he has to do get the respect he deserves ...single biggest reason why our team has tuned around from being poor chasers to arguably the best chasing team ever ...a run machine like Tendulkar ' date= can hold a end like Dravid , graft like Beaven and can destroy attacks if required . We can say without doubt that he is the best finisher for us in ODI ever. Arguably, the best ODI finisher the world has ver seen (with the strike rate). :hatsoff:

Yep Dhoni is the greatest ODI finisher ever but he ain't the greatest ODI bat ever. There's a small matter of buffalo by name Richards ahead of him and a big matter of a monk named Batting Buddha ahead of both We were around 150-160 and I was telling one of our friends here that I am waiting for Dhoni to explode in the end...he didn't disappoint! this guy is such an amazing cricketer...he has truly cracked the ODI code like no one else has. He has the monk like qualities to be anointed the Buddha of ODI cricket. Amazing player!
