It was like watching gladiator spread over 2 seasons. its more of a political drama than Spartacus. If anything Spartacus is quite kiddish if you take out the nudity. You can describe Rome as being a fight between the fox (Agustus) and the lion (Marc Anthony) and we all know how that turned out.

hhunaeh Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 I liked the first season of spartacus. It had a good story of an underdog to back the all the blood and sex. I think it was meant to look like that, like 300 and kill bill. But after the main lead died of cancer, the story fell off and the series ended up just with fight scenes and sex scenes.
