But for our population we have to adjust little bit... We met a film troupe in the train, they were extras ( the folks in crowds etc ) - very down to earth and they invited us in their chaal type hotel but treated us to lotta food, booze, nilgiri ganja. One of their team lead went on to become a bhojpuri actor This was during my b'lore-mysore-ooty trip

BTW, Chandigarh-the city beautiful is the best city to live in India, practically. It is one of the best upcoming metros in India with the highest per capita income. No crime, 82% literacy which is highest in India, so many employment opportunities and good for both rich and poor people and most importantly the proportionate of the distribution of money is the best in Chandigarh. On the north, It is surrounded by the best hilly areas like Shimla, Kullu mannali, Himalayas etc etc which are the first choices for the adventure lovers and in the south, very close to Chandigarh, we have metro and the national capital Delhi. There is no hush-rush(shor-sharaaba or bheed bhadaka) in Chandigarh, limited population as compared to other cities and yet people here lives a very modern lifestyle. It is also the most clean city. And there are so many open places. You will immediately see the change the moment you enter Chandigarh. One more important aspect, Chandigarh and Punjab contributes highest proportionate of sportsmen to the country, that indicates the healthy lifestyle of Chandigarh people. And It is also called tricity, because it includes Mohali and Panchkula, where two different govts, Punjab and Haryana are spending most amount of money on development.
