But you gotta go to the RTO to take your pic, thats the pain. I guess SRT's license must have expired, they have 20 year validity... It's the smart card for new cars that takes months to come.. not driving license.. But its commendable that he spends time doing all this. Like he's ever gonna get caught/fined by a cop.
Clarke Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 RTO office usually opens @ 10:30 :hysterical: What time is the lunch break & how long is it ? Reminds me of the doucheb@gs at univ, office opens at 10:15, 12:30-1:30 is lunch (extended until 2 pm) and there's not a soul to be seen after 4:15. Did i mention how cooperative they were during these long & strenuous hours of work ?
