Magneto Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 u mad? please do some research before commenting. talking of top 4 sides have you seen indian bowling taking 20 wkts in the recent series against the aussies? thing is our young batsmen are better than yours. our young spinners are better than yours. even our young pacemen i'll say are better than yours. Don't be so harsh Padosis will feel sad (Love thy neighbour as thyself :icflove:)
Old guy Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 about cheema only saw him bowl once he is 32? :O very fit for 32 lol would easily last 3 years but prob is if he gets out of form then there is no return at this age for bowler its like batsman getting out of form at age of 36 dravid came back but if he was dropped he was done.. same with ponting if he is dropped thats his end
bajrang Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 okay, let's take the benchmark in Tests to keep all things equal...vs England away in Tests, since our "yardsticks" have changed. Pakistan bowled out England: 5 innings Pakistan allowed 400+ runs: 1 innings India bowled out England: 1 innings India allowed 400+ runs: 4 innings (inface 3 innings were 500plus!) averages can be a good pointer, but some of the bowling performances from indian team have rather left nothing to admire about. there is nothing wrong admitting india has very strong batting unit, but their bowling is rather average, and on par with west indies and sri lanka. lol well if u love england series so much and u think averages are good pointer then here is the deal kiddo. Zaheer khan averages 27.96 in england. Wasim averages 28.73 in England and Mohammad asif averages 28.28. so going by the averages tell me woh is better bowler in england ?? lol now waqar averages 27.48 in england but here is the double wammy ,venkatesh prasad averages only 25.00. so i guess venkatesh prasaad is better then wasim waqar in england.

Venky was the KING. Haha, that delivery against that nutcase Aamir Sohail ... bwahahahaha ... it was sooo filmy .... and the Pakistani team could never come out of that shock for the next 15 years. :yay:
Old guy Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 venky better than wasim lmfao this is too much just goes to show averages arent true indicators abt performance and talent
Magneto Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 venky better than wasim lmfao this is too much just goes to show averages arent true indicators abt performance and talent Talent no, but specific performance maybe. Venky can always have a good series and Akram a bad one. Look at the two Indo-Pak WC matches in 1996 and 1999 - who was the standout performer? Who was the Man of the Match? Venky, when the other greats were getting slaughtered all around the park.

carnish Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 Even venky was talented... he had the best slow delivery of the 90s

bajrang Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 these pakistanis are so delusional. for the last ten years our bowlers has been outperforming their bowler in every corner of the world still they think that their bowlers are the best. for the last 10 years in england zaheer is better then any pakistani bowler in australia kumble is better then any pakistani bowler in west indies harbhajan is better then any pakistani bowler in south africa....... wait for it ....... sreesanth !! is better then any pakistani bowler:hysterical:
ali0786 Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 As if Junaid/Cheema are playing Aussies or Poms or Saffers or India they are playing teams even poor than windies... BANGLADESH/ZIMBABWE :hehe: Junaid has not even playing against Bangladesh. He played against SL which is much better team than WI in all formats.
ganeshran Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 Everyone, please stick to topic. This thread is about cheema and not India vs Pakistan.
Magneto Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 Everyone' date=' please stick to topic. This thread is about cheema and not India vs Pakistan.[/quote'] People have exhausted Cheema! Therefore everyone moved into 'greener' pastures :hysterical:
Old guy Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 People have exhausted Cheema! Therefore everyone moved into 'greener' pastures :hysterical: from greener pastures is the enforcer better than morkel :hysterical: cos i can tell poms would be saying this when england face south africa :P
deathmonger Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 Junaid has not even playing against Bangladesh. He played against SL which is much better team than WI in all formats. junaid debuted against zimbabwe where he took a sum total of 1 wicket in the match. and that was the first test zimbabwe had played after 2-3 years. 60% of the team were debutants. and west indies and a murali-less sri lanka are on the same level. didn't their test series last season end 0-0. after murali's retirement, lanka have failed to win a single match while indies has won one (against pakistan).

Look at the averages for bowlers outside the subcontinent for the past 7 years, Pakistan is light years ahead. You can keep dreaming that indian bowlers are better.
