I thought Dukes and SG are nearly the same' date=' and only Eng and Ind use similar balls i.e. SG.[/quote'] Duke balls swings more because of balance of 'seem'. Neither too enhanced seem like SG nor too mild seem like Kookaburra. I don't think Australia will ever turn to SG balls. Every country has their traditional balls. Kookaburra is a sign of Australia itself and SG balls signifies India.

The only change that can be made is that One standard ball for all over the world matches. But that seems unlikely coz as I told, every ball signifies the country, Kookaburra for Australia, SG for India and Duke for England. Nobody will agree for 'One Standard Ball Policy.'

SG ball helps spinners more because prominent seam. I am just trying to find how SG ball will behave in Australia.

in flat sydney or adelaide pitches, the sg ball will be useless for the bowlers, maybe for the spinners on 5th day....but on waca,mcg,hobart, the sg ball can have more severe effect on batsmen, more than even kooka i guess
