I've been suggesting for a while that India can do a South Africa and hand the reins to a young Kohli post this series. For that though he'll need a young team just like Dhoni has done a magic in LOI's with a young team. With seniors around it won't help. And honestly I doubt any of the seniors will retire before the home season, would like to sign off with a win. Only Laxman might get the axe, don't think board will force either Dravid or Sachin into retirement.

He couldn't care less if India got raped every match, as long as he notches his century. Then he should let the youngsters step up. Dravid has been the best Indian batsman this year. Laxman has gotta go. And India can never be. Australia dropped their captain Steve Waugh. The last time I check, Dhoni is still playing Test cricket.

I can't help but laugh at the arrogance of the man who thinks he should be retiring from Tests. Like seriously? "Retire" is the word? Batsmen averaging less than 30 overseas in Tests don't retire. They are discarded.
