Are we gonna win the CB series?

    • Obviously. We are the world champs, and we'll whitewash the Aussies in the finals like last time

    • Errrm. We might win a few games, and manage to get to the finals. Then we'll get smashed.

He is an Aussie I think. He really like seeing Warner smashing VK all over the park :P Back to the topic, what do you think who will win tomorrow's match between India and Sri-Lanka. I say India will win. If India wins, you will give me all your ICF money and if Sri-Lanka wins, I will give u all my ICF money :tounge_smile: Bta fir deal

In tomorrow's match, India should definitely go with 4 seamers and 1 spinner in Rahul Sharma Sachin, Sehwag, Virat, Rohit Dhoni, Raina Rahul, Praveen, Irfan, VK Umesh Yadav We are really missing Yuvraj here :((
hmm nice team.. but tail too long.. pathan cannot bat like jaddu..

i agree but he can learn later.. after some time world cup isnt near and we can still win odis w/o much problem tbh if zaheer is there.. i don know man seen many bowlers get injured and then never really recovering..
Missing Sree ODI wicket taking abilities and Nehra also takes wickets and good death bowler. Formula certainly works, won us WC. Too many work horses in team, not enough seamers who bowl unplayable deliveries...

In odi's anything is possible but after watching the previous matches and the utter lack of fight shown by India, specially their batsmen I don't think they will win it. Quite disappointed by this kind of performance, terrible cricket for fans who want to see a good contest.

yadav is one.. zaheer is 2nd.. we dont need any other right now in odis but yes some one like nehra would help

I am still not convinced that we need an all rounder at no7 like jadeja (who can't accelerate) or pathan who apparently has lot ability to hit out. I would play 7 batsmen including dhoni and then 4 bowlers. (3 seamers and lone spinner) SL will play our spinners easily. I wish we had yusuf pathan at 7. Someone who could be used as an effective floater and in ODI's he can bowl a few overs easily..should have been in squad at least.

not bad idea..but pathan isnt there so no point talking about him..3 quicks with rahul sharma as lone spinner is good bowling attack imo

thats wishful thinking we are not bowling powerhouse its jsut that our batting sucks more then out bowling currently.. but if zaheer, yadav can fire then we are a good bowling unit with rahul sharma looking veryy impressive also vk stepping up his game

Have you really seen Jaddu contributing in the 2 innings he has played so far or does he look like scoring runs? And his bowling is also a sad part on this tour so far. Xavier Doherty was looking more effective than Jaddu. Same is with Ashwin. Ashwin has been struggling throughout the tour not one odd match. And bro, tail is not long in my team. Only umesh can't bat otherwise all others can score some runs here and there.
