yoda Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Regardless of our rantings here, it looks like Mitt's the man. BHO will eat him for lunch. Mitt has a better chance against BHO than Newt or any other Repub. I really wish Newt would be the right wing nominee.

One thing's for sure - the guy may never be Presidential material, but he sure can put debate hosts in their place. 1Yf_005EqDM&feature=youtu.be As for Mitt, the election may end up being close, but BHO will "kadichu thuppufy**" him in debates. ** Chew him up and spit him out
ViruRulez Posted January 20, 2012 Author Posted January 20, 2012 Mitt has a better chance against BHO than Newt or any other Repub. I really wish Newt would be the right wing nominee. Did you watch the debate yesterday. Mitt could not even speak. Mitt knows sh!t about anything. He stumbled and even forgot to speak at one point when everyone in the audience and Newt laughed. He forgot what he was even speaking and started to ask Newt what was he speaking. And he was stammering and unsure throughout the debate yesterday. But I agree Mitt is the poster boy for Republicans and would hence win the nomination but he cannot win against Obama by any imagination. Obama is far better narrator and Mitt has too many flaws for Obama to eat him easily. Paul is the only candidate who if supported could have given a tough fight to Obama. The reason is because Paul does not only draw Republican voters but also independents and democratic voters and even black votes. And Paul's are the only supporters who can do anything anything for him and will even write in if he is not nominated. Paul is the only realistic chance of defeating Obama but he is too hot to handle for Republicans. So, it won't work out. Get an online poll at any website for Obama and Paul and any other candidate and Paul will win in every poll. I have not seen anywhere online with anybody including Obama having more support than Paul.
Nova Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 @ Viru.. please edit your long post in #15, so that it is easy to read. I gave up just looking at it. :D

Obama will probably carry all 50 states against Ron Paul. Ron Paul has extreme views on anything related to government. He wants govt to essentially do NOTHING. Yes he has the most moderate of foreign policy from amongst the repubs, but that's about it. Regarding Romney, he has the Charisma that is needed to win a national election. Yes I did watch the debate and he gave some pretty good answers when people attacked him about his taxes. He is a smooth talker which is essential in a national race. I have no doubt that Romney will give Obama the toughest fight simply because he does not have extreme views and when people are looking for an alternate to Obama and his faltering policies on the economy, they do want a choice from the other side, but not a wacko like Ron Paul or Newt Gingrich.
ravishingravi Posted January 21, 2012 Posted January 21, 2012 On the issue of abortion, I couldn't help but post this AvF1Q3UidWM
hari504504 Posted January 22, 2012 Posted January 22, 2012 lol..at the dig on catholics. He did an excellent piece on global warming myth as well.
anotherhawkeye Posted January 22, 2012 Posted January 22, 2012 I have left leanings, but I would vote ron paul over Obama.
anotherhawkeye Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 He did good in yesterday's debate. Just wish the mainstream media would give him more time.
KhanSaab Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 ron paul has some good ideas but also a lot of crazy in him

Newt is about to self-destruct. He is obviously intelligent and has the gift of repartee, but by golly, he is arrogant, erratic and often hare-brained. He's Nancy Pelosi with a brain.

During the Iowa debates, He went on air and said Palestinians are an invented group of people...:cantstop: Refused to back down, even after Ron Paul remarked that it is really none of our business and Mitt Romney said that he would discuss it with Israel before coming out with such public statements that does nothing but derail whatever process Israel has in place moving towards peace. a rather militant form of Bush junior.. Bush was atleast comic relief.
hari504504 Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 Anyone else feel that Ron Paul has a striking resemblance to Frasier's dad ?
