adi B Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 No matter how much embarrassed we are of their performance ' date=' how much we ridicule them.. Next game they play I find myself supporting them.[/quote'] +1, thats why we are true supporters, had no hopes from the team in the 4th test, still woke up early to watch.... but tbh, i have very less hope from th odi batting as well, hope the bowlers do well, with the batsmen doing decently well
adi B Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 unfortunately the indian cricket team does not support you. sad but nowadays appears true
Singham Posted January 30, 2012 Author Posted January 30, 2012 @Neela Tendua/Singham OMG' date='I thought you were only a tharki, who supported girls.[/quote'] What? Neela Singham? What's that all abt?
rajmarie Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 I will also support India...but seeing that players & BCCI dont care for us anymore...is very sad. Whats more depressing that inspite of being tired...they never runs out of energy or common sense (something that is badly missing in them when playing for India)...in IPL & its riches. Hoping the Indian fans & public give IPL a good finger salute this year to make everybody realize the truth & their true worth
Ponka Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Hear hear my friend. With all your noble intentions' date=' hate to break this to you, but majority of the team don't give flying fu*k. They stopped playing for you and me sometime back.[/quote']
Vikas Bhatt Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 +1 to all. OP, not your fault that you can't see a difference between taken for granted and having a pride to play for your country. These players know that they just need one performance at home to win the crowd back because our people like you have a short lived memory. The way they lost to England and Australia without a fight gives you enough impression that they dont care what you as a fan go through with. Ponka wanted to b-itchslap sehwag when he said seniors dont need to retire after all this poor performance and that India beat Australia 2-0 at home. Yes it was 2-0 but it wasn't like Australia were humiliated. They actually came close to win a test. India were done at the end of day 2 in almost all of those tests or gave up without a fight midway. We need people who make these players understand that fans are not to be taken lightly but thankfully we've emotional ppl like you and many around who wouldn't think rationally whats better for the country and how to convey the right meaning to these pensioners. A +1 to you too mate. The BCCI and the arrogant players are counting on this precise calculation that a huge score or win at home pattas will makes us forget and they can shamelessly carry on like nothing has happened. :hatsoff:
singhprakash72 Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Biggest issue I see with Current Indian Team is that Players have become larger than the team, which worries me. Australia with a star studded team in 2000s dropped player of Mark Waugh's caliber without a blink of eye. While we (actually BCCI & Selectors) have given blank check to this team that has a responsibility without any accountability. Again losing 2 overseas series does not matter, what matter is commitment and fight that a team gives even if it's in alien condition. Then they have audacity to compare 2-0 loss of OZ in India..even a kindergartner would know the difference between their 2-0 loss to our 4-0 loss !!! Having said that I would still support Indian team but definitely not the careers of its players.

NeutralCat Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Why would you support a team that cares nothing for us the fans? Or a team of stars that embarrassed us, or a team that refuses to fight and comes up with bullshit statements after we get pounded?

NeutralCat Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 IPL will be the savior don't worry guys, they are just keeping themselves fresh and injury free for the IPL. Why would they care about representing the nation or the fans? We the fans are suckers, we put our time, money and energy into these ****ing disgraceful people, time to stop.
