And we need to give the coach powers and not have him waiting on the corrupt BCCI to make decisions, Fleming come on down. Fleming reminds me a lot of J. Wright and G. Kirsten very quite but strong willed, great at working with the team and educating the team and getting their points of view across. And I doubt he would cost too much either, the guy is always in India and loves India, no one better to be our coach, give him a 5 year contract, we need a long term settled coach as our team will go through a lot of ups and downs.

Watmore is ok but I don't know he is a super coach... as for Fletcher as long as my a*se has a hole in it and it points to the ground, he wont be coachin in Aust. :winky:
