This victory means nothing. Its just a t20 game. ODIs are important though. but one should appreciate team's efforts to win. They won their game. Give them credit.Its not like they should keep losing all the games they play , just to not let us forget about tests.

That hurts a lot our test performances in eng and aus. I didn't enjoy today's win, just a "glad they won" sort of thing. T20's can be fluked too unlike ODI's..that is more realistic. Bottom line is if we play Aus now again in a test series away, we would be smashed again. But I do think the time has come to groom in a few younger players. For me Gambhit and Lax must go asa in tests.

Sincerely, it would be a bit of a shame if you were too consumed by other stuff not to enjoy watching this a little bit. Yes, it is Tontee Tontee but sometimes the simple things in life can be appreciated. After successive massacres on multiple days, some positive energy was refreshing. Or, simple equation, Jaddu flinging himself around at backward point or Dravid and VVS creaking their way through another excruciating day...it's not hard :cantstop:

I like T20. I liked today's match. Good job by the boys. All I'm saying is that this game should not be held as the evidence that everything is fine with Indian cricket. And the board has gone ahead and done exactly what we feared.
