I have been saying that Ajmal hardly knows English and might have said something meaning something else.

So when he said 23.5 in english, he actually meant 0.5?

So when he said 23.5 in english' date=' he actually meant 0.5?[/quote'] The confusion was what he has said to start with and in which context has he brought in the 23.5 wala point or whether he has simply responded to a skewed question. If you look at the explanations provided by ICC later, it is pretty much clear that the context in which the 23.5 degrees has been brought in is supposedly legally valid. I hope you have seen some Ajmal interviews to know that he doesn't really communicate well in English.
