The Outsider
Circular reasoning. If i reason like that Bradman clone would be the first to go, as there are numerous games in recent history, when he was clearly the 'loser', as per your definition. Bradman clone has performed many more unbelievable feats than Sehwag hence deserves a longer rope. Moreover, he is not putting on weight like a pregnant woman and appears to be working hard to get out of the rut he is in. But I agree that he is coming very close to the end of the rope. What has he done significantly BETTER than the rest to continue playing ? Many things that Sehwag can only dream of. Link to comment

yoda
sehwag's last 10 test average - 30 fuking runs with ELEVEN single digit innings. stop hyping him, please. the guy has probably failed more times than any of our current bats. we may have guys more deserving than him to get dumped, but talking on his own merits, the guy has been a walking wicket more often than not. King Tendulkar
I dont care how much Karthik ends up scoring or how much he contributes to our victory/defeat. He has shown spriti/courage , unlike some of our other "esteemed" cricketers. I love that lad to bits. Totally agree this guy is a cert for future indian captain. Real sipirit and fight. And very talented Link to comment
Predator_05
Check this out; Sehwag in his last 11 matches dating back to the series at home vs SL (and when excluding cheap runs vs WI) has scored 534 runs @ 29.66 with 1 hundred (257 vs PAK) and 1 fifty (76* vs ENG) Tendulkar in his last 12 matches dating back to series at home vs SL (and when excluding cheap runs vs Banglastan) has ALSO scored 534 runs (!) at the EXACT same average of 29.66 ! The highlights being 1 hundred (109 vs SL) and 2 fifties in SA. Against the best opposition India have faced since last season, they have scored the same number of runs at the exact same average ! How peculiar is that ? ...now keeping that in mind, why the f*ck has only one of them been dropped ? They both have produced the exact same results, ie; they are equally worthless Link to comment
