rkt.india Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Let me remind you, The team for Aus tour was selected on 26 Nov. Varun Aaron played his last match against WI on 2nd of Dec. Then there was a change on 5 Dec when Praveen Kumar was ruled out. At that time, it was said that Varun Aaron(who didn't play any match in WI odis after 2 Dec) that he had a niggle but he will be fit on time. Then, the second change came on 9 Dec when Varun Aaron was ruled out of the Aus tests. Here are a couple of links, pl check. http://www.espncricinfo.com/india/content/story/543904.html http://www.espncricinfo.com/australia-v-india-2011/content/story/544459.html So, I was correct when I said that 3-4 claims were made on Varun Aaron(from various quarters) that he will be fit by tests, then CB series then Asia Cup. But, he will definitely be fit for IPL. Dude do you see any claim made by Aaron? These are all just rumors from media. There is no fact or truth in those. He just will try to be fit by Asia Cup, but he is still not match fit. People cannot say anything correctly regarding these injuries until they have a thorough examination. Think like this, if you are a bowler and just bowled 10 overs in an ODI match, you can easily have pain anywhere in your body, like Aaron had in back, but you dont know it is a stress fracture, you may think it is an spasm which heals in 10-15 days and you may take it lightly and think rest will do for you, but then you still find discomfort after some rest, then only you go for thorough exams and scans get to know that it is a stress fracture.
Swing_n_Speed Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 keep dreaming :angelic: The stage is set from a Tendulkar/Shewag epic performance. chainsmoker1985 Posted February 29, 2012 Author Posted February 29, 2012 Are you a fool or something? No one can do any thing regarding back stress fractures. These injuries are not in control of any and most genuine fast bowlers suffer these injuries and there is no way you can prevent them at an early age. The best thing one can do is to recover well from them and take time before come back. These injuries occur due to stress on back while bowling and are common for any genuine pacer. There is no antidote to these injuries. http://www.indiancricketfans.com/showpost.php?p=1845778&postcount=137
