The Facts That Will Pi$$ Off Many:

I think thats a problem in itself. For 2 reasons: a) Why would you, or anybody else for that matter, have to PROVE that at one time they were supportive of Sachin?? There is no reason one has to prove his allegiance towards Sachin in order to be being rightfully critical of him today. b) Does it really matter if you were supportive of him at one time? Not that SRT's chelas would start listening to you after that clarification. For them either you consider him the greatest player on planet today, or it does not matter. The funny thing is almost half of the criticism that Sachin gets is due to its so called fans. If only they would be willing to concede Sachin is like every other player today, should be dropped for his poor performance, does not get a lifeline because of past glories etc etc. his critics would perhaps be more symathetic to him
+1 yeh chodu log shuru ho gaye firse... too much taking cheap shots at other players or fans who dont say "Sachin is God" or critics who write anything not in favour of him -- is actually making more and more people realise and speak against Sachin or find faults in his career which would have typically gone unnoticed if not for such bhakts...

My signature is for people like you. Show me one match and I will never post on this forum again. Sachin has one of the fastest 70 to 80s conversion rate and a very high 90 to 100 conversion rate. Yes morons like you get the impression but dont have the brains to figure out that he usually reaches 100 sround 35 over when no one goes all out and people just play each ball for merit unlike the previous power play overs. No dhoni, not Raina, not Kohli, no one plays fats in the 35th over. You just need common sense 90% of the times Sachin got out in the 90s, he got out trying to hit a run making shot, not defending. Again, give even one example of your claim of India losing because of his slowing odwn and I will stop posting. In fact India's scoring rate decreased after he got out. Put your money where your mouth is or else I am free to call Ponka a bare-faced liar Wait, this is complete contradiction to the point you made before. You claim india lostbecause Sachin slowed and got out in 90s, yet you claim, those 90s where better that his 100s? How is both possible? Define most times? Who has done more? For how long? Show me one Sachin fan who claimed personal records come before national interest? Why is Bradman's average of 99 considered Australia's national treasure not how many matches he won. Indian fans like you are the worst things to happen to Indian cricket. They have been spoilt and pampered by our batting giants like Sachin, dravid, Laxman and dont understand the value of the serice they have done for nearly 20 years. Soon you will know. The likes of you will never be anyone's fans. You will be the first one to snap at dhoni when he fails, first to abuse Kohli when he is off form. Country over individuals is just a phrase you use as a crutch because it gives you power to abuse players. You dont even understand the phrase. When a player wears Indian colours, from Jadeja to Joginder, they deserve respect for representing their country Its the lowest of lowest life forms who sit on thier couch and cast asperisions on people's characters and intentions. Its not the player or his play you are criticizing, its his honesty and integrity, which even a court of law doesnt without sufficient proof. Sachin might be off form, should be dropped immediatedly, should maybe never been selected and is not justified in continuing, both based on current form and India's future need. All that is true. But to question the integrity of a player's whole career because people like you and U_G are kids who dont know how to handle defeat with dignity but have to lash out at targets to let your anger out, is shameful.
Your etiquette of having a debate is absolutely horrible. You start off by calling the recipient of your message fool. If you're not prepared to give others respect, you wont get the reply you deserve. FACT. Now simple point is that - if he's not performing he should be dropped. If he's he should be kept in the team. There should not be any second /special process of selection for him which is no matter how much disagree with it. Since he didnt perform as high as it was expected, new players should be given a chance. You talk about keeping him in the side, Ponka doesnt. Ponka worries about the future. Where will you find someone to replace Tendulkar if you're not going to give anyone chances. At the end of ODI world cup, Tendulkar should have retired gracefully to give others a chance. He didnt, that raised questions. Okay if he wanted his 100th ton he could have played Test matches but he kept himself in both teams and people later found out that it was his 50th ODI hundred that he's playing for now these days. Dont know why you got so personal in calling ponka and UG names. Nobody called you anything. Relax. At the end of the day, you and ponka both want team to win but for you personal records are a matter of national recognition. For Ponka, its the team win that's bring worldwide recognition. Personal records are called personal for a reason.
