GautiMaan Posted March 17, 2012 Author Posted March 17, 2012 we are also humans' date=' so we are nd will criticize nd sometimes even make a mock of his knocks if the situation demands or the end result demands[/quote'] Yes but to what extent will you go and for how long will you keep at it? Humans commit mistakes,we learn from mistakes and must also forgive them
Number Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 I am sure most fans realize that it was really a slow slow innings and a mistake. The reaction that you are seeing at ICF is a reaction to certain moronic comments and not really a reaction to the criticism to the way Sachin played his innings. Having said that' date=' India's [b']bowling and fielding was club class and you cannot expect to win an international match with such a performance. Bangladesh in Bangladesh can be a decent side. Only bowling , fielding was good except motu ashwin making a fool of himself.
Crookbond Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 There is no Tendulkar vs Dravid anywhere. Obviously you can't see that because you're a troll.
GautiMaan Posted March 17, 2012 Author Posted March 17, 2012 btw' date=' how many such 'mistake' (slowing down) has SRT done in his career? :hmmmm2:[/quote'] Rett will you please consider that he was the backbone of our batting at one time and has helped win many matches.
Sachin=GOD Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 Rett will you please consider that he was the backbone of our batting at one time and has helped win many matches. He won't accept that. Ever.
Magneto Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 Obviously you can't see that because you're a troll. Hey thanks for the compliment man! I am honoured
Sachin=GOD Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 What is there to accept ? That is a fact.. go through some of his earlier posts/threads on this topic and then you will understand. For further reference check the thread - "elephant in the room" (especially post 50 onwards).
GautiMaan Posted March 17, 2012 Author Posted March 17, 2012 Precisely. Fans think the critics are wrong when we say he made a mistake. And the mistake was not what will be a par score but the mistake was to slow down for a milestone Tendulkar slowed down because of the opposition,if he knew we would lose the match,he would have accelerated or got out in the process.
DomainK Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 It was a once in a generation performance by bang' date='and sachin can be forgiven for thinking 280-290 was a par score. So now are we gonna keep playing the blame game or cheer our master batsmen in the twilight of his career to demolish the pakis?[/quote'] It was not even a mistake. At worst it was a marginally bad judgement. Lets not forget how many times Sachin has regretted not staying on the crease longer the end as the rest of the team goes back to the rest room in a procession once he is out. Had that happened today as well, many of us would be blaming him for not playing better. With Sachin, it's never enough.
anotherhawkeye Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 A flowchart of Sachin's criticism at the end of every match.. Irrespective of what happens.. http://p.twimg.com/AoLZRjnCEAAk4WD.jpg :hysterical: Sent from my new iPad using Tapatalk HD
Ultimate_Game Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 Rett will you please consider that he was the backbone of our batting at one time and has helped win many matches. What's there to accept? It's a known fact and our batting in 90s hinged on Tendulkar. That's why it's even more galling to see such a respected and a great player play the innings he did.
Magneto Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 Only bowling ' date=' fielding was good except motu ashwin making a fool of himself.[/quote'] Well, I believe that Dhoni dropped two catches as well.
GautiMaan Posted March 17, 2012 Author Posted March 17, 2012 Surprised to see the number of hate threads on icf, just think how we must look to our padosis.Give it a rest and move on people
