ViruRulez Posted March 30, 2012 Posted March 30, 2012 Photoscape.org Use it for messing up with the sharpening, contrast, brightness, deepening etc. until it fits your needs. It is the best out there of the free tools. Having said that, PK is right and there is no way to completely enhance a lower quality picture. You can only hide some flaws and sharpen it a bit. Nothing more than that.
