I've been watching Set Max for the last 15 mins and haven't seen any speech yet. Only some random words of encouragement from Subbo Roy. Its been only performances so far. I guess, they're relaying the speeches and the entire works for the NRI audiences. Beats me why? Why would anybody want to watch Rajiv Shukla talk?

No enthusiasm from such a big crowd. Last year's opening ceremony was much better, when they hardly had any bollywood elements in it
