chainsmoker1985 Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 Phew thats a relief. Some doctors on the thread declared him to be out for months :nice: Yea, people gets worried too early. :cantstop: Though I was never worried. India is not playing soon. IPL is a long tournament, 16 matches per side. You got to give rest to players otherwise as well. And Yadav is a strong boy. these small niggles wont affect him much
Ultimate_Game Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 CI says he is raedy for tommarrows match :dontknow: I sincerely hope he's genuinely better and is not playing through an injury as it will do more damage and he will probably need a lengthy rehabilitation.
Cricket Tragic Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 its not abt matches he is gonna miss..wht im worried abt is he is was doing so well getting better and looking like a good bowler and out of no where this injury.. havent we seen this before? we have already lost so many bowlers like this i guess the list will just go on :wall: :giggle: Relax brah.
chainsmoker1985 Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 I sincerely hope he's genuinely better and is not playing through an injury as it will do more damage and he will probably need a lengthy rehabilitation. Well, I would personally want him to be rested in today's match. Will give him enough rest. Should not take any chance playing him in todays match without full recovery. Whether or not he plays next 1 or 2 matches, I am not worried. He is our biggest and most dangerous weapon for our Indian team, our own Dale Steyn :yay:
Old guy Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 :giggle: Relax brah. cant take another whitewash :(( @cs he is allright :yay:

I hope the guy is given a bit more rest for a week or so rather than playing a few days after sustaining the injury. I wish BCCI had set up an injury management team for that very reason who would monitor the progress of injured players and give the green signal for the players to play in IPL post injury. That will take out franchises and pressure on players to play through an injury out of the equation.

The BCCI, I guess, doesn't want to do it - [1] Overhead, [2] It wants the cash flowing and doesn't want to be concerned with player injury issues. I want some kind of a middle path.
