maniac Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 Probably a testament to teams preferring Part-time or Utility Keepers. Uthappa,Pappu,Karthik(who has been ordinary),etc...... I haven't seen a collection of these many bad keepers....Wouldn't it make sense to have a a good keeper save so many byes which end up costing a team in close games. How often have we seen WK mistakes turn the entire match on its head?

Not only has he cost runs and wickets as a keeper but it seems that has affected his batting as well... It's better to find a good keeper and hone his batting skills than vice versa. Can only mentally salute Dravid who did an admirable job in the 2003 WC
