But I wanna know who has bowled consistently fast i.e. the fastest average speed (leaving alone the deliberate slower balls). My guess is that Ummu has been faster than all comers followed by Morkel Edit - Anyone has any data on this? Also I am guessing Ummu has bowled at an average speed > 146 in the last 3-4 games

To get a true measure I think it would be fair to say the qualification should be at least 4-5 games played? Despite that I don't think Tait has bowled as fast as Umesh. In the last game I saw him hit 150 once but he was generally in the mid 140s

rkt.india Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 Yadav has been consistently fast. Steyn too has bowled similarly, same about Tait and Morkel. There hasnt been much difference in their pace.
