avicric Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 My worst nightmare is rajnath getting home or defence.
ravishingravi Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Hope modi keeps rajan as rbi chief.a section of bjp wants him to be sacked. I have my sources :)which have confirmed that rajan has some good contacts in BJP also
Sachin=GOD Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 My worst nightmare is rajnath getting home or defence. If he leaves Party Prez post then he will surely get one of these these two ministries. And yeah, it will be a real nightmare bcoz he is one the most incompetent leaders in the BJP. I have my sources :)which have confirmed that rajan has some good contacts in BJP also Yup. He's staying for sure.
game_changerr Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 greedy paaswan will try for railways,,,,,(he may forward his son's name)
Sachin=GOD Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Too many rumours..i guess its time to wait. Its not easy to give important positions to technocrats, have to take care of top leaders first. Better to give MoS to outsiders and provide more power. PS: only thing confirmed right now is position of Ambassador to Pakistan.
ravishingravi Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Agreed. But he is like Tendulkar. Just can't let it go.
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Agreed. But he is like Tendulkar. Just can't let it go. Noooooooooooo...we dont want them here.
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 After his party's meeting Nitish Kumar as asked for the Governor's time at 1 PM so as to officially end the 17 year old BJP-JDU relationship. NaMo NaMo
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 I am still not sure whether they will project him officially as a PM candidate. It will be uncomfortable for the BJP to chuck him out after the elections when they need allies
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Precisely, the point - since has not stood for any elections outside his state; from whatever data we have - he's a failure. You can't selectively extrapolate.
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Which means nothing because with Modi at the helm, BJP stands to lose at least 50 seats of potential allies. Is the vote increase substantial enough to offset that loss? No way.
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 lol.. the kind of allies BJP is getting But power hungry people will go to any extent to get into power.
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 LOL! Are you guys really that naive? The only way MNS will concede space to BJP in the Lok Sabha elections is by SS accepting a quid pro quo at the assembly level. You think SS will gift seats to MNS in the Maharashtra assembly
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 It's all Advani driven, he wants modi to be occupied in Gujarat so he keeps his nose out of national politics. There is a lot happening in BJP. I probably won't vote for modi ever but BJPs best chance is to go alone and start campaign 18 months in advance and portray modi as the PM otherwise they don't stand a chance :hatsoff:
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 2014 is make or break election for BJP...if its failed it will become a regional party with presence in only few states.. Modi must projected as leader and need to push few oldies backstage bring fresh faces its not impossible to do, high risk but worth taking :--D
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 lol you guys are making plans how BJP can come into power .Mark my words, BJP willl never come to Power again .Its Cong Congress and Congress from here on.Once they project Modi as a PM, alll anti Modi votes will Polarize against BJP and they will lose more votes in turn .Modi is King of Gujarat ,but he is not even chaprasi outside gujrat .
bulbul Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Modi becoming the PM is a wet dream on online forums that is never going to happen. (unless there are large scale riots which polarize the majority to vote on religious lines which in itself is highly improbable). The best bet for BJP currently is to start talking to allies who are not happy with the congress. Except Karnataka, they are weak in all three southern states not to mention UP and Bengal. If they get majority from 3 out of these 5 states with a moderate leader at the helm. BJP can win the 2014 elections given the anti incumbency against the congress
