bulbul Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 I think you will agree that there a pretty big difference between the level of abuses that are thrown by both sides on twitter/Fb and the kind of humor that was there in this website. BTW there's already a "rahulgandhiachievements" site and its been there for around 2 years IIRC - I don't remember the owner being harassed/abused/site taken down. I am not in FB. Rarely use Twitter , so dont know about the abuse happens there. All i can say is you can't generalize fans. Even if site owner threatened by few mad people , it's not going to make other fans abusers.Everwhere you can find few idiots. As for as RG site is considered , atleast in internet people think him as a joker [its like Rjanikant/Chuck norris jokes.] , but Modi case is little bit different , so some people may not take it as a joke atleast in first place. Any way i am not for abusing any one because he made a joke on one leader , but the level of Interent maturity on political topic is bit lower in India i guess [eventhough we can find phsycho's in western world as well]
bulbul Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 CNN-IBN News @ibnlive RT @IBNLiveRealtime BSP expels party MP Vijay Bahadur Singh for praising Narendra Modi and people think Modi will be acceptable to potential allies... After Election != Before Election.
Sachin=GOD Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 when you stay in a party like BSP for so long, you have already been misguided for a long time.. Coming to BJP is a good sign :dontmentionit: yeah i heard of that... it was pretty stupid of him to say that about the tallest leader in his party :--D I think he got some hints that he may not get a ticket from BSP this time so he "praised" the Dear Leader :--D thats still Advani :) I am not in FB. Rarely use Twitter , so dont know about the abuse happens there. All i can say is you can't generalize fans. I'm on twitter but I don't tweet and I never, ever check those "twitter battles" between Pappu-Feku supporters. if you had seen the site then you would know that there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING insulting/abusive about Modi. It was just humor. Things like these will happen a lot more in the coming months so he/his supporters would be better off learning how to accept this in the right spirit. Just ask those living in Amreeka and they'll tell you about the "level of maturity" (or the lack of it) seen during the Presidential elections there.
Sachin=GOD Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 Aha......this battle is getting really awesome!!!! Here's www.upaplans.com - similar to narendramodiplans.com and romneytaxplan.com
FischerTal Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 I think he got some hints that he may not get a ticket from BSP this time so he "praised" the Dear Leader :--D thats still Advani :) so its a good thing he joined the BJP then :--D advani is taller than modi, i agree.. in height :giggle:
bulbul Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 Things like these will happen a lot more in the coming months so he/his supporters would be better off learning how to accept this in the right spirit. you are never going to improve few people mentality whatver it may come , have to ignore & move on. That site owner is weak hearted i guess :winky:
bulbul Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 S=G , nice to see you not blaming Modi for this (yet) :giggle:
Sachin=GOD Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 http://narendramodipm.com/stores/home - Modi doesn't have any problems with this kind of humor but narendramodiplans.com is taken down :headshake:
Sachin=GOD Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 you are never going to improve few people mentality whatver it may come , have to ignore & move on. That site owner is weak hearted i guess :winky: he created a site for some humor and he got threatening calls, got abused and harassed so its not a big surprise that he shut down the site.

adi B Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 MP singh was a tall leader of BSP,never thought he`ll be expelled so soon and just for supporting a comment :hysterical: something similar happened with shahid siddique of SP

He didn't support a comment, he himself made some comments praising Modi and defending the "puppy" remarks.

NEW DELHI: In the first fallout within the party of Narendra Modi's "puppy" remark, Delhi BJP vice-president and well-known theatre personality Aamir Raza Husain tendered his resignation on Tuesday, a day after he had made anti-Modi remarks on national television. The Padma Shri awardee, who had been appointed to the post just two months ago, had told a news channel on Monday that "Modi's statements (on puppy and burqa) are despicable, divisive and can never draw support from Muslims." Husain had added, "Modi is a BJP leader, not my leader". His resignation was immediately accepted. Speaking to TOI, Husain said he was unapologetic about his remarks and was right to resign from the party. "A lot of people like me who live in a liberal as well as minority universe want an anti-Congress option which an Atal Bihari Vajpayee or an L K Advani-led BJP provides for. By promoting Modi, BJP has closed that option for us," said Husain, who is known to have shared a rapport with former PM Vajpayee and late BJP leader Pramod Mahajan.

'Pappu' fans calling to abuse and hate the site owner for a website on Narendra Modi - that's some unique kaanspiracy! It's time to shut shop and own up. :winky:
