You have to submit all the details in advance and you will be given a permission if the police considers it is safe and will not disturb people in the neighborhood. Nova Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 This is effed up. :facepalm: but this is hilarious ---> Dear sirs, finally v r moving in da right direction. according to hindu indian skriptures alcohol and mixing of boys and women were prohibited. our culture is being retrogaded by alcohol and western influence like michael jackson type of songs, justing beiber, lady gaga, nelson mandela etc. Kudos to the cops for implmenting suck strick laws. Bombay is also moving by police having hockey stick and being strick. We went frm our glorious past of invanting zero to being absolute zero and its because we forget our relgion and culture.
