He has done superbly on a limited budget, even finishing in 4th position one season. This is the 1st season that he has been properly backed by his chairman and they are doing very well. If anything, he would be the perfect appointment for Arsenal as he has experience of operating on a limited budget. He has been manager of England's fourth most successful football club and he has not even won a League Cup. Rubbish clubs like Bolton and Boro have won a trophy during that period and their transfer budgets are much smaller than Everton transfer budget. His teams plays outdated kick and rush football. Arsenal would be the biggest fools to sack Wenger and replace him with Moyes. Wenger turned Arsenal into a modern football club both on and off the field. Finishing 4th is a much bigger achievement than winning the League Cup. No-one takes it seriously until the quarter finals.
