Without captaincy' date=' Dhoni will not last long in cricket team. (tests I am tallking about)[/quote'] Dhoni will retire from tests when he loses the captaincy, 2013 like he predicted before

Without captaincy' date=' Dhoni will not last long in cricket team. (tests I am tallking about)[/quote'] Why not? Averages 40+ in India and sucks abroad but so do others. :dontknow:

We sack captains after one defeat not 20' date='get your facts right. If we had 8-0 fiasco Ravindra Jadeja or Muhammad Kaif would be leading the side.[/quote'] :hysterical: :hysterical: :hysterical: :hysterical: UTalk in form!

Not others. Each one of Sachin, Dravid, Laxman, Gambhir has an abroad average which is not significantly different from Indian average.

Ok' date=' fine. I do - [b']but make sure you stick to what you say else I will make sure I will pawn you to death.Give me your best shot. You named 4 out of those players and we do not want either four. What makes you defend Sachin?

Which is exactly what people want here! I mean how delusional can you get by using Dravid & LAxman's statistics (two men who have retired) to bat for Sachin :giggle: I am not asking for Sachin to be retired but to be dropped. 13 Test matches at 35 is not the luxury we can afford in the current scheme of things. More over, there is enough uncertainty over his future.

Swann is already planning to chicken out of the India series, to preserve his numbers.:giggle: I heard something discussed by the commies during yesterday's Eng v SA game that Swann might opt for surgery which might put him out of India series (injury is not threatening).

Comparing Dhoni with Lax and Dravid? Obviously I'm talking about the likes of Sehwag, Gambhir. PS: I don't get why most Sachin fans are anti-Dhoni?

^ Dobell has just written that he does not need surgery and it will increase Swann's longevity.
I think after Dobell's latest five star cricketing analysis of Trott ODI batting:hehe:, I rather ignore his conclusions from now on. But during yesterday's game the commies were on about how Swann would prefer to get the surgery done because it is causing him pain, but Swann wants to play in the World T20. So the only time for surgery and rest is during India series to be ready before Ashes. :hmmm:. So Swann is ready to play in a meaningless World T20 but miss a career defining India series in India?

My bad.. I took it as if you are generalizing all Indian players as poor travellers. Yes. Sehwag definitely has a problem. Not so sure of Gambhir though.

Well he's the VC isn't he? Anyways, the comment on Trott was epic!

the stat of Tendulkar getting bowled out 3 times in a row, the last time he followed that up with a 193 at a juicy headingly pitch. Can we expect another huge score next time he comes out to bat ?". This man has done it many times i wont be surprised if he scores century against England .
