The Outsider Posted February 24, 2010 Posted February 24, 2010 is this 200 counted as 2 centuries in the century count or just one? :ummm: Is this like the time you were counting two test innings as two test matches? :hmmm:

The Outsider Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 wrath, I have deleted your posts from here 4 times for a reason - this is a thread to appreciate Tendulkar's statistical achievement. You have already made the same post in another thread on which there is already a discussion going on. I am not sure what your motivation is for duplicating that post here, but it will be deleted and a warning given.
SachDan Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 Since 2007 WC Tests - 31 2779 @59.12 ODIs- 58 2751 @51.90 Sachin also scored 17 hundreds since 2007 WC !!

So dont give me warning. that is not right. I figured something must have been wrong so kept on posting. As for posting it here, at first glance this was a thread about stats, so I posted it. Only then you told that its only for "good" stats. But that stat was good really. It showed how Tendulkar bounced back after averaging 25-30 runs for a period of 2.5 years. You can only know about daylight if you've spent a night in darkness. As for my intention, I come in peace and to teach and learn about Cricket. Okay, I give u a stat from my archive: In tournament finals, Tendulkar has an avg of 55.54 whereas Ponting's avg is 38.42 and Inzamam has 29.56.

Rajan Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I think, SRT has more runs and hundreds in Tests than the combined tally of 2 of the most popular Paki Test Batsmen who were his contemporaries and were compared with him at some point in time, Inzi & Saeed Anwar. in one dayers, he has more hundreds than the total centuries these 2 made, despite playing about 100 lesser ODI's and is only 2500 runs lesser than their combined tally of ODI runs.
Holysmoke Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 he could have easily gotten 50+ odi hundreds... lal:giggle:
